Return Policies
SWSCOMPUTERS will fully refund most items within 7 days of receipt.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returns or exchanges unless defective.

Exceptions
These items may not be returned

• Custom configured computer systems
• Computer Software
• DVD Software
• Video Games
• Media of any kind
• Pre-owned products or otherwise indicated as not being new
• Membership
• Service fees

Shipping Returned Merchandise
Follow the directions below to make your return, exchange, repair by mail.

• Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.
• We recommend items be returned via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.
• You are responsible for all freight charges.

We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days but not limited to 21 days. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only.  Delays can occur if replacement is out of stock or unavailable.

Manufacturers' Warranties
You can purchase with confidence because any limited warranty on a manufacturer's product will apply when purchased through SWSCOMPUTERS. To receive a copy of the manufacturer's limited warranty details email to: info@swscomputers.com subject: Warranty Request. Please specify the product's brand name and model information.
